I have tried this and this is really nice and effective.

What you'll need:

♥ petroleum jelly

♥ used toothbrush with soft bristles

♥ warm water

Directions:

ღ Wash your lips with warm water to make it a bit supple

ღ Apply enough petroleum jelly to your lips and also a little bit to the used toothbrush

ღ Gently and carefully brush your lips with the toothbrush, both upper and lower lip

ღ Wash your lips with warm water to wash off the excess petroleum jelly and clean the used toothbrush

...and you're done! After you finish doing this, your lips feels greasy, but that's one of the advantage. Nobody wants dry and cracked lips. (ღ˘⌣˘ღ)

Do this twice a week and it'll make a difference.
